DMCA & Content Removal Policy

1. What We Are

NaughtyGrid is a content aggregator and directory. We do not produce, film, upload, or host any video or image content on our servers. All content visible on this Site consists of:

• Thumbnail images and gallery screenshots hotlinked from third-party image hosting services (e.g. ImageBam, ImgBox)
• Links to videos or files hosted on external third-party platforms (e.g. Rapidgator, Doodstream, KeepShare)

We are a secondary publisher / passive intermediary under applicable law.

2. Our Commitment

We respect intellectual property rights and the rights of content creators. We take DMCA notices seriously and will act promptly on all valid requests.

3. How to Submit a Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on their behalf) and believe that content linked or displayed on this Site infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA takedown notice to us.

Your notice MUST include all of the following:

1. Your full legal name and contact information (email, phone, address)
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (title, original URL, or description)
3. The specific URL(s) on NaughtyGrid where the allegedly infringing content appears — provide exact page links, not just the homepage
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
6. Your physical or electronic signature

Incomplete notices will not be processed. We are not responsible for identifying infringing content on your behalf.

4. What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice

Upon receipt of a complete and valid DMCA notice:

• We will review the notice within 72 hours
• If valid, we will remove or disable the post/listing on our Site that links to or displays the reported content
• We will notify you of the action taken
• We will forward the notice to the external host where applicable

Please note: We can only remove content from our Site (the listing/post). We cannot remove content from third-party hosting platforms. You must also contact those platforms directly using their own takedown procedures.

5. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:

1. Your full name and contact information
2. Identification of the content that was removed and where it appeared before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of courts in your location
5. Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a strict repeat infringer policy. Any source, uploader, or content submitter that is subject to multiple valid DMCA notices will be permanently blocked from this Site. We reserve the right to refuse content from any source at any time.

7. Abuse of DMCA Process

Submitting false DMCA notices is a violation of law and may result in liability for damages. We reserve the right to pursue legal action against parties who submit fraudulent takedown notices.
